“VOICE & ACCORDION” is a collaboration between Desy Andonova on vocals and Ilko Gradev on accordion, offering interpretations of jazz pieces from the 1940s and 1950s of the 20th century.
Desy Andonova plays a significant role in the modern Bulgarian music. She is known for her involvement in various projects, such as Phuture Shock, Sentimental Swingers, Desy & The Shiny Stockings and Soul Weapons. At the end of 2019, she released her solo album titled "Audiobook."
Ilko Gradev stands out as a vibrant accordionist in the Bulgarian music scene. He is recognized by the public for his work with jazz ensembles like Acoustic Soul and is a favored guest of the Para Hot Jazz and Ginger Groove quartets. He is also recognized in Romania as the accordionist for composer Cári Tibor and his Tango Orchestra.
